Components don't show up

Post by martreglia »

Hi all,
I have an issue. I am producing various images in radianceIES. I added some desks in modelit from the component library in one room..so I have switched them all o in the component settings ...but they dont show up in the image.
Where could be the problem?
Thank you

I think this is discussed here...

Thank you for your answer David, but my issue doesn't seem to be on that list.. Am I wrong?

Martreglia,

Apologies - I just grabbed the link from this post:
viewtopic.php?f=241&t=842&sid=62084c7d6 ... 101da235ea
which has exactly the same problem as you describe.

Looking at it now the known issues page doesn't name it specifically in the Radiance notes but it is the same result - the FP2 update caused the problem woth missing components (Zap was on FP1 with no issues) .

There's a new release coming out in the first/second week of April so I guess you'll either have to wait for that OR revert to FP1. (I'd suggest reverting to FP1 unless you are doing UK Building Regs work for a couple of weeks)

All the best,
David.
