Please update SBEM user guide

Post by ecoboost »

Can you please update your user guide for SBEM? A lot of things are not appropriately documented and I'm getting tired of having to look in the iSBEM user guide when the IES version doesn't provide enough detail.

It is indeed undergoing a significant set of updates for the Part L 2013 regulations update and will be posted when the software is ready and approved.

I would also like to get some more information in these guides but finding the time to do this is always the problem isn't it, another blocking issue we occasionally have with this is that even in the good public documentation fro the SBEM engine it isn't always made clear how SBEM calculates certain aspects of the model.

For now the user guides are a good way to find your way around the interface we have in VE but the documents available at http://www.ncm.bre.co.uk/ are crucial as well (I'm referring to the NCM Modelling Guide as well as the SBEM Technical Manual and even the iSBEM User Guide can be useful at times, all available form the Downloads section there)
