How to generate the Appendix B at GM-Pro

Post by mengsm »

Hi, I m new to GM-Pro, was trying to run a simulation to generate a ETTV result. I have created some overhang and also some External building, the purposes for these are because I want to know the impact of the SC2 value. But before I can go further to see the result, understand that I have to generate the Appendix B full report, as it only reflect the SC2 result over there. May any expert can enlighten me and tell me how to generate the Appendix B?
Another issue that I m facing is, I m trying to assign the Building Settings, and it is hidden. May I know how to turn it on?
Thank you very much.

Hi, sorry that nobody has picked this up yet.

It is important to realise that, while the Singapore compliance (GM-Pro) view gives you the ability to review your HVAC system and the real, proposed and reference models, the Green Mark navigator is necessary to guide you through the complex steps required to set these up and perform all the required calculations and reports.

The actions you require should all be available on the Green Mark navigator. If you go through all the navigator steps to produce the proposed and reference models, and the HVAC systems, and perform the simulations, then all you need do is click the “Appendix B: ETTV details” option to produce the Appendix B report.

Again, about the settings, I’m not sure what you mean.

a. If you mean the options available under Setup/Building Geometry/Settings on the Green Mark navigator, it may be that you simply cannot see these options if the sub-groups are not expanded in the navigator.

b. If (more likely) you mean that you wish to set the default building type, this should be enabled whenever the Singapore compliance view is showing real or proposed model and no rooms are selected – it is used to configure the reference model.

I hope this answers your question. If we have misunderstood your question please add a further reply here or send an email to support@iesve.com.
