Installing the plugin without VE 2014

I am trying to download the plugin but am getting an error that I must first install VE 2014. I am reluctant to install VE 2014 at the moment because I am still working on a few detailed models in 2013 and know from experience that opening them in the new VE by mistake will cause problems. Previous to the IES website being updated there was a download centre where we could download previous versions of the software and patches. I reckon I could get a 2013 version of the plugin there. Does this "archive" of sorts still exist?

Hi,

To install the plug-in requires VE to be installed first. In this case there are changes in both the plug-in code and complimentary changes in the VE code so you do need both installed.

The version archive is there which allows you access to installers for earlier versions of VE, linked form the Knowledge Base (just search the support site for archive)
