mutiple hvac systems zone errors

I need to run the simulation for a 27 block building with around 60 different HVAC systems. I've faced a funny problem! The systems are fine till there are one or two zones assigned to the apahche hvac system but once I assign more zones to them, the systems create different errors and I'm not able to run the simulation. I'm pretty sure that the systems design are fine cause I've run the simulation with less rooms for each of the systems. Do you have any idea that what could be the reason for this problem?

This problem was resolved in our Tech Support department. Flow controllers in the file resided outside of the multiplex. Likewise, when layers were added to the multiplex an error occurred as there was no way to determine flow to each layer. Creating flow controllers within the multiplex resolved the issue.
