Missing DF contours - DF colour contours not generating!?

Hi everyone,

When using radiance to generate a Daylight Factor reading in a simulated plan view; once the illuminance simulation image is generated, AofI created, etc I would normally select illuminance (menu) > contours > Specify contour generation, and then be able to bring up coloured contour lines marking out the distribution of the daylight factor, however when I do this nothing happens! No contours are created. I have tried changing the number of divisions and the "style" to all three false colour, contoured bands, contoured lines. I click OK and then nothing happens! It isn't the computer being slow - nothing happens. We have recently updated the software so perhaps that has something to do with it?? This hasn't happened before.

Any ideas?
