Does Apachecalc calculate heating loads in accordance with BS EN 12831?

I'm being asked this by client, I believe it relates to the building owners ability to claim RHIs for a ground source heat pump.

I've had a skim through BS EN 12831, it looks to be a steady state method similar to CIBSE peak loads but I can't find confirmation anywhere.
