Hi there,

I suggest that you contact keys@iesve.com to sort that out - they'll be able to assist you if you have indeed purchased a LAN license.
I'll point out that if you have only got a desktop license then you'll need to upgrade to a LAN. It may be cheaper to purchase 2 desktop (stand-alone) licenses though. My colleagues will sort that out for you though.

Send them a full report from troubleshooting and obviously the registered comanies details.
