Need License Key Urgently

Hi, I sent off my request for license keys yesterday evening and have also sent an email with the .txt file in it this morning. I need to use IES as soon as possible today, how long do you think it will be until I get my license keys and can start to use it?

I'm sure this has since been resolved, please try to remain patient while we process licence requests as they are not automatic and we have to ensure your records are up to date on our system before we can issue
