Part L Eire - Experiences?

Does anyone here have any experience with the Republic of Ireland Part L?

I've run a few calcs and I can't find any feasible services specification that fails, even with pretty poor U-values. Just wanted to check if anyone here has had the same experience, as I'm struggling to believe how flimsy these regs are.
