RH displaying at 100%

When I am performing apache simulation calculations I am getting some really high RH readings for some of the building areas, I have set many of them at 45-65 and dome rooms are showing 90-100% RH, has anybody experienced this before?

In addition to the humidity limits you probably need to also have those rooms set to use an Apache System that has 'air conditioning' set as its cooling method.
