Ventilation Load

Hi

I have a space which is served through AHU and a DOAS system is handling the ventilation load. I am using temperature profile in air exchange tab for ventilation so that the load appears on the building side rather than the space.

When I check the results, I get sensible and latent load in the space in the tab other air exchange plus the building side. What is the reason for it? As far as I understand it should be zero for the space and the complete load for ventilation should be on building side.

Lastly, what is the method used by ies ve to calculate the ventilation load as ashare has de humidification at 0.4% and 1 %.
