Dynamic Setpoint Function of Outisde temperature

Hi everyone,

I would like to implement a Dynamic (floating) setpoint for the heating based on the outside temperature for Adaptive Thermal Comfort.
What I have achieved so far is the following but I am not sure it is correct.

Building Template Manager->Thermal -> Simulation Building Setpoint-> APpro; profile Database Manager->New-> Formula and then a formula
if(to<17,17,if(t<27,1/3to+15,27)). ->Room Conditions -> Simulation Building SetPoint

How would you do it more precisely?
