Heating Set Point Error/Help ???!!

Hi.

I have recently developed a model using IES, i set up all the room conditions (UK) to be 19-21 for heating.

When i run Apache and CIBSE loads some of the heating set points are as low as 4.5 degrees and after playing around with it they drop further to -1.5 degrees, i am not changing any of the temperatures and it is set as on constantly rather than timed.

has anyone else experienced this error or have a fix for it ?
