Attach multiple ApacheHVAC files for apache simulation

I am modelling a large building with 5 storeys and multiple types of HVAC systems on different levels. It seems I can model one type of system and add this file in apache simulation for when I'm doing the whole building energy simulation. But I need to add multiple apachehvac files representing the multiple different systems. How do I do this?

You can only apply a single HVAC file, but that can contain multiply systems on the schematic. You have the option to add as many intakes and extract points as you want to create multiple systems.
