EPW file conversion

Hi everyone!

Someone knows how to modify an .EPW file to get a stationary Weather. I mean, I want a file with always the same exterior dry bulb temperature, wind, etc.... I have done it with Excel, but I don't know how to reconvert it into .EPW file. I think there should be an application capable to do it, but I have been searching and I haven´t found something.

We've seen this mentioned a few times lately and it seems to be a good tool for modifying weather files in epw format that you can plug back into your simulations
