Free Form Data profiles

Hi

I've seen the "Free Form Data profile" capability referenced sparsely in the various IES documents. Ergon is one the only one with a mention about how they are generated, but in the Profile user guide makes mention of it as if it should be available generally just like daily or weekly profiles without mentioning Ergon.

What I'm wanting clarification on is whether this capability is only available through Ergon or if it is possible to create them through another means.
