Q Addition/Removal vs Load

Hello,

I am trying to extract system level cooling coil loads, and have found significant differences between the sensible/latent/total "Q addition/removal" variable in the HVAC Component category, and the sensible/latent/total "load" in the Advanced Cooling Coil Category.

The "Q addition/removal" variable follows the hand calcs (i.e. 1.08 CFM delta T), but the load variable does not come even close. Can someone explain the differences between these to variables?
