Space Classification doesn't work

ApacheCalc – Heat loss/gain calculations using CIBSE procedures to determine design heating/cooling loads.
ApacheLoads – Design heating/cooling loads calculations using ASHRAE Heat Balance Method.

Space Classification doesn't work

hi,
i installed the latest version of iesve 2015 (2015.1.0.0).
when i push space classification on my navigators for leed certification the software crashes.
how can i solve this problem?

1st guess - geometry issues. Go into the model it module and use the geometry report to look for anything problematic. If it reports something. Fix it.
2nd guess - missed previous step in workflow (they seem to be quite strict on order).

Try to isolate the issue by checking if the same crash happens on different project files. If so, then contact the tech support as it might be an issue with your installation.
