I noticed that the Airflows section in the sizing reports for both the baseline and proposed systems is not populated. It shows 0 l/s in all room and the %OA at the AHU level is 0% as well.
All OA flowrates and exhaust air flowrates are correctly set in all Loads spreadsheet and in the system file itself.
Is this a bug in the latest update?

to better determine if this is a bug in the report or an error in your network, try to check the airflows after you run the simulation in vistapro. If it shows 0 l/s in VistaPro then there is probably something wrong with your network/controls. Otherwise, I would send an email to tech support.
