I have a 'waiting area' failing Criterion 3 when designated as NCM template 'Reception (Waiting)'.
Now I don't think this should happen as the occupants are clearly 'transient' and exempt as per 2.53.d of L2 from the Criterion and therefore the question of the amount of glazing should not arise.
So how should the space be defined in terms of NCM templates to avoid this 'failure' appearing on the BRUKL?

Re: Waiting Area failing Criterion 3
You could define the space as general circulation but if the space is cooled it will be subject to criterion 3 regardless of how it is defined.
