CIBSE Loads won't calculate

Post by ckane1987 »

I have a problem calculating my heating and cooling loads for a building on version 6.0. I have applied my rooms to apropriate templates and when I click the calculate button on the CIBSE loads option an error message pops up reading

''Error Note: Apache System ID Not Found: SYST0027''

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

This is quite easy to fix, I have copied the below from a Support FAQ (can be found at http://www.iesve.com/Support/Knowledge-Base)

Apache System ID:SYST0004 Not found

A System is referenced in the model but has been removed from the database. Add another system, or additional systems up to the index number, to replace the missing system. So for my example we need to add systems until we have 5 systems in the database (not including NCM Systems). Additional: Tracking down where this system is used If we run a 1 day simulation we can look at the automatically generated System Room Grouping Scheme to identify which rooms use this system.

Note: it's easy to fix this but just be careful when tracking down the rooms that use the missing system so you don't change any of the model settings by accident.
