Percentage Profile?

Hi I am trying to run an initial simulation of a simple building but i keep getting the error message 'Percentage Profile has negative value'. I set the ext window openable area to 0%, and don't have any louvers/shutters assigned. Anyone know what this means?

I believe my colleagues in the tech Support team have your project so we will have a look at this and try to work out what has gone worng in the project.
