Building Floor Area - Heating and Cooling Report

Hi

I have my simulation in ApacheSim and the roof of my building was set as not being included as lettable area in the Room DATA .

However when i generate the heating and Cooling report for the building, the building floor area includes the roof and this then affects the energy consumption per floor area value. is there any other way to tell IES to take into account only the lettable area of the building?

Hope somebody can help me out on this.

Sounds like you are using ApacheSystem.

Go in to the Apache menu Tool/Building template, create new template, and assign roof to this new. Choose template of roof in Building template, choose None in system tab / HVAC.

Or simpler, in ApacheView choose and query your Roof, In system tab/system/none (click to template tick if you can not choose "main system")
