Deleting Wall
Re: Deleting Wall
Hi,
To edit the geometry in ModelIT you have to edit room (rather than just add/edit surfaces). If there are parts you want to remove you could look at using the Partition tool or use the Divide Space tool. This Way you can separate the parts you want to delete or redraw.
The Drag Face tool and Edit Element Heights also allow you to modify existing geometry.
There are lots of tools in ModelIT that give you the option to modify what you have or you could choose to delete the selected rooms and redraw them.

Re: Deleting Wall
If you are reshaping the facade you could just draw a zone covering the whole side of the building and then partition it... I've done that pretty quickly and it's usually resulted in decent results bar a few head scratching moments with the partitioning tool.
