With the recent changes to the HVAC setup I think you have two ways of going about this:
a) Use a spray chamber serving all the rooms (think AHU)
b) Throw up an HVAC network for each of the rooms that will have an evaporative cooling unit.

I know this has been sitting here a while and you'll have done this already but other people will be reading I suppose.

Hi, this post is super old, but how did you end up modeling this? I have an ice rink with ammonia refrigeration and water-source heat pumps going to an evaporative condenser. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
