Internal/external shading devices

Post by IrinaB »

Hello,

I would be very grateful if somebody tells me where i can find information that needs to be specified in the table Internal shading devices and external shading devices. It looks like it is not explained in any help documentation, and i can not find it from the industry. Or may be you can just tell me some average values of incident radiation to lower device, incident radiation to raise device, nighttime resistance and so on ...

Thank you beforehand,
Irina

That's in the user guides is it not? Not with example numbers right enough but it's got ranges.
Incident Radiation to Lower Device
The shading device operates (i.e. is lowered into position) whenever the intensity of the total incident solar radiation is greater than this value.
If the 'Incident Radiation to Raise Device' and the 'Incident Radiation to Lower Device' are both entered as zero the device is assumed to operate only according to the timed operation profile and its operation is not affected by solar radiation.
Units Warning Limits Error Limits
W/m2 0.0 - 600.0 0.0 - 1200.0
Now, I'm no expert like but the guy that wrote this would seem to be:

I'm sure you can get the rest for yourself.

Good luck with your project(s).
