Hi,
How do I construct a glazed door? I can't make a wooden door then put windows in it, that doesn't work.
Do I just use a big window instead of a wooden door?
thanks

Re: how do I construct a glazed door?
Hi,
Second option - if it's important to model the effects of a glazed door then you have to just define it as a window rather than a door. Door's in <VE> are always opaque.
You can just build a new glazed construction to represent the door

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I ended up using a window instead of a door and I made the window unopenable which I think is correct for the thermal analysis.
thanks

Yeh, I'd always go window here if you want to consider gain... and visuals as you can always tart up the thing with some component door frame to make it look nice in radiance.
