Installation Problems

Hi,

I have just purchased the IES students license and was provided with 2 weblinks via email. However after downloading, I was prompted that the software is not compatible with my version of windows. I am currently using windows 7. Hence I would like to ask if there is any way to resolve this problem.

I would like to add that this is with regards to the downloading of weather data files

Dear Adrian1985,
It seems like you are not able to download the Shared Contents(weather data files) completely.
Please use Internet Explorer 7 or higher to get the best result.
If there is any other browser installed on your machine , please un-install it & then try downloading.
As you are using Windows 7(For "Windows 7" have no pre-requisites)there should not be other issues for installation.
Try the above , if the problem still persists then give me a shout.

Thanks for the advice. I have managed to install the software after uninstalling firefox.
