Error: Airflow exceeds design value for unitary cooling syst

I keep getting this error message while running the VE-gaia ASHRAE PRM tool.
I used the default system type 3, assigned the rooms, and didn't mess with anything else. My proposed design worked, and i got all the way through the 0deg baseline, then stopped after starting the 90deg baseline.
How can it be fine for one orientation and not for the other.
This building is essentially a square, with equal fenestration all the way around.
