daylighting in cloudy sky

hi every body
i have a question in daylight simulation:
when i setting it in cloudy condition,why does the soft ware show the same amount of daylight in west and east window at 8 a.m.?

while in real situation they are not exactly equal,for example in 8 a.m. may be the the difference between east and west in cloudy sky less than sunny ,but they are not the same.

I think it's just a simple case of the cloudy condition being represented by a fully diffuse hemisphere.
