Viewing energy consumption of individ. rooms or room groups

I was hoping to be able to view the energy consumption (lights, equipment, system) of individual rooms or room groups instead of the entire model. However, when selecting rooms in Vista, the energy option is no longer available and the output focus moves to temperature and thermal comfort issues. I thought maybe this could be done in Vista BETA but I am not able to find a way. Is there a way to view the energy consumption of selected zones?

Also related to the above, is there a way to specify in the heating/cooling report to get the loads as yearly total/m2 of the rooms? They seem to be given as peak loads but yearly totals would be more useful for me. How to change the loads into monthly or yearly totals?
