the ve.exe can not start

The ve.exe can not start with following message emerging:
The application failed to initialize properly(0xc015002). Click on OK to terminate the application.

What shall I do to make it run again/
My key is still about 150 days available

Dear James,
It seems like this is a permission issue.
Please Right click on the ve.exe & choose 'Run as administrator' .
OR
There could be other steps that you need to do.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Problem solved. I tried to repaire VE6 with installation file and it is found that the Microsoft c++ can not be found. I reinstalll that part and now it is working.
