Is anyone familiar with using IES for creating the baseline simulation for LEED certification?

if anyone is familiar with creating a baseline model, your help will be greatly appreciated

IES now have a ASHRAE 90.1 PRM navigator that auto creates/sizes the 8 baseline systems as per the strict 90.1 rules. Of course these system could be created manually, however a expert knowledge of hvac systems & ashrae 90.1 would be required to so correctly.
