how to create a neighbour building as a thermal zone?

Post by EcoNerd »

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if (and how) it is possible to define an outer wall of a building to be next to a heated area? By heated area I mean the neighbour building which is supposed to be a heated zone but it's energy use should not appear in any of the graphs.
Is it possible to include a zone like that in the project without it's theoretical energy usage to appear in the calculations?

Sorry for the confusing question, maybe anyone has an idea of what I mean...:)

or use the Adjacent Building shading type to model the heated space (this has the same effect of treating the surface adiabatic)
