I hope someone might be able to help. I’ve drawn my IES model with all my necessary Construction build ups, Thermal Properties and Profiles applied but when I try to simulate the building in Apache I get an error which stops the simulation. The error says' "Error: Apache system ID not found, hope it rings a bell with someone.
At first I thought it was a problem with the licence but when I try simulating a previous project it does it no problem. I’ve also made sure that the Suncast calculation is completed first but that does not affect the error. If anyone has any idea of what might be wrong that would be great because I’m out of ideas.
Also I’m using Virtual Environment 6.2 in case that makes any difference.

Hi,
This means there is a system assigned n your project that does not exist in your Apache systems database (it looks at the system IDs not names), try reassigning all systems (try first at template level then at room level). If this doesn't work try the knowledge base solutions below:

Hope this helps to resolve the issues for you, if not let me know and I'll hopefully be able to help further.
Phil

Thanks Phil,
The process detailed within the first link fixed the problem. Not sure how the error came about but it might of having something to do with the fact I copied over templates from another project I was working on. Whatever the reason, it’s fixed now so thanks for the help.
