Import Model Error

IES's specially developed Revit plug-in Toolbar allows Revit Architecture and MEP users to import their 3D BIM model into IES's software and undertake sustainable performance analysis.

Hi,

The first image refers to Export Complexity "the export complexity does not fall within an appropriate range". This suggests an invalid value for this is being passed from Revit. You can set this on the Revit gbXML export dialog (File >> Export gbXML file) or via the IESVE plug-in (Settings & Info button >> Settings >> gbXML Export).

Try setting this to Simple and try to export the model again.

If that doesn't work then try to manually export the gbXML out of Revit (i.e. don't use the IESVE plug-in, use the Revit export facility) and see if this gives any errors. If this also gives the same error then we may need Autodesk to comment on this.

Thank you for the solution Phil :D

I've tried export gbXML using Revit, and it works fine. I'm able to import model to IES now  I think the other problem I'm facing was I create the model in workshare, and I'm confuse about detach and local file before... get a lot of error message...

Thank you Phil, I'll come again if I got another errors
