regarding the simulation of the UNDER GROUND SPACES and the profile creation, What I am going to do is that after calculating the yearly subsurface temperature (from day 1 to day 365) by special equation which give the temperature of the sub-soil in any day of the year and at any depth. from these temperature data I am going to create yearly profile, this profile is significant for certain depth and for each depth a profile created (-1,-2,-3,-4), these profiles is to be used in apache sim. and as per your advice the adjacencies to be changed to the created profiles.

Please advice if the above approach is correct or not

sounds like a sensible enough approach if you are certain that you are going to encounter these different temperatures.
Pretty deep dig I'd imagine...
