Glass Thermal Properties

Post by kparekh »

In construction database, when I am defining glass material, there is not any input place to give value of SC [Shading Coeficient]. So where to put the SC value?
There is one input named 'Transmittance'... Is it the same?

Shading Coefficient is derived from your other inputs. When defining the Glazing construction click the Derived Parameters button (bottom left corner of the Construction dialog) and you can check the g-value and Shading Coefficient. Try to model the Construction so these values match manufacturer data
