Chiller Pumps

I note on the part load curve chillers that you can add the power consumption for both chiller pumps and condenser pumps. I guess these are referring to pumps integral to the chiller and not the primary CHW pump circuit. Am I correct?

Also on the chilled water loop tab pumps for both the primary and secondary circuits are added but you can only specify constant or variable for both. My primary is constant and my secondary variable, which would be the best to set to?
