Hello IES,
I am having problems with importing a model from Sketch-up into IES. I have downloaded the sketchup plugin and the toolkit opens in sketchup. When I try to open the model in IES a window appears telling me that the file is unsupported and the selected file requires VE 6.4.0.5 or higher to open. The software was only downloaded a few days ago.
Can you tell me where it's going wrong?

Hi,
That seems quite strange, not sure why you would see this error - do you have the Full VE w/ plug-in installed or did you install VE-Ware?
I think you can stop this error by opening the folder where you have the SketchUp file saved, in that same folder you should find a folder called veExport, delete this veExport folder (this is where the VE project is created when you export from SketchUp so don't worry another will e created next time we export). After you do this open the SketchUp project again and try again to export to VE and see if the error happens again.
