Hi,
I'm not sure what the number of rooms found on the progress bar means as it doesn't seem to relate to the final number found on any model I've tried.
When rooms aren't being identified you should review the geometry in SketchUp to ensure all of the volumes are closed. Also look for extra lines in the model as we have seen this cause problems in the past.
If you have noticed a significant increase in the time the room finding tool takes to run then this may be related to more complex geometry - do you have a lot of detail in the model that doesn't affect the room bounding geometry? If so you should consider removing this or group the surfaces as Group/Component then use the IES <VE> Toolbar to Ignore these when identifying rooms. I'm sure you would then see a significant increase in speed.
Hope this is helpful, if you struggle to get the rooms to identify then let me know and I can try have a look at the project.

Re: find rooms
ok,
If the rooms do not appear on the Room Properties list then they have not been found by the plug-in (this can be for a number of reasons but mainly because the volume is not fully enclosed).
Send the SketchUp project to support@iesve.com and I will pick it up there and have a look. Will post any results on here afterwards.
