Suncast calculation methodology

Hi,
Could you please advise if a calculation methodology document exists for the Suncast calculation procedures? We want to use the software to calculate shading factors for some bespoke shading systems for use in the QSAS energy calculator. The calculator specifically references EN ISO 13790 to produce these factors and I was wondering where Suncast stands, and how its methodology relates.
