Humidifcation/Dehumidification of Pre-treated Air Handling U

I have a system wherein all of my fcu are supplied by one PAHU.And this PAHU has a temperature setpoint. After I run the ASHRAE Loads calculation, I noticed that the dehumidification/humidification of outside air is only done in the fcu and not with the PAHU. It only shows auxiliary vent. sensible clg/htg load. Is there anyway I could put the load of the fresh air latent load to the PAHU rather than in the FCU?
