In the starting of IES<VE> there is showing a dialogue box :
Shared Content Out of Date! (in the title bar)
WARNING: Standard Data & Weather Files Installation in out of date!
Problem: I think due to above ERROR i'm getting a massage on the time of Acquiring design weather " Acquire failed, Check the ASHRAE data location.
Please give me suggestions

Hi,
This sounds like you either don't have Shared Content, don't have the latest version of Shared Content or it is not installed correctly. If you have a look in a full troubleshooting report it will inform you of any problems with the shared content installation.
Shared Content should be installed automatically when you run the full VE Applications installer but it is a large download so sometimes it doesn't work properly. I'd advise you to uninstall shared content if already installed (in Programs and Features you'll see it listed as "IES <VE> Standard Data & Weather Files") then download the latest version from the Version Archive http://www2.iesve.com/content/kb/ve/arcindx.htm - currently the latest version can be downloaded from the Version 6.3 section (it hasn't changed since then).
