"Ap Sys aux" and "Ap Sys heat rej fans/pumps energy"

Post by PierNick »

Hello, can anyone explain me the difference between:
- Ap Sys aux + DHW/solar pumps energy (MWh)
- Ap Sys heat rej fans/pumps energy (MWh)

These two columns appear in the monthly totals energy consumption of a model, and in the User Guide there is only a reference to:

Ap Sys fans/pumps/ctrls energy: Energy consumed by fans, pumps and controls
within Apache Systems. Includes auxiliary energy, chiller heat rejection pump
energy, and pump energy associated with DHW and solar water heating systems.

"aux energy" doesn't comprehend "heat rej fans/pumps energy"?

Hi,

Sorry the user guide has not yet been updated to reflect this change, hopefully this clarifies for you

Ap Sys aux + DHW/solar pumps energy: From apache systems – auxiliary energy + DHW secondary circulation pump power + solar DHW pump power
Ap Sys heat rej fans/pumps energy: from apache systems – cooling tab – heat rejection %
