energy consumption with and without void

Post by behnam »

Hello everybody
I modeled a building with void between middel floors (it has 6 floor), and i modeled it again without that void, but there's no diffrenet at energy consumption in these 2 case, it's while i think we should have different result beacuse of stack effect.
Does anybody have any idea?

so how did you define the two models, it would be very difficult to model two different setups (even slight changes) and get the same results from simulations. Apache can be very sensitive to modified inputs but especially where geometry changes are concerned we'd expect to see a change in results.
