can anyone help me in the following:
I can't see nothing in opening level. Everything is ok until surface level and when I go down one level I can do nothing.

Hi,
The options you have at this level would depend on what VE Application you are in e.g. Opening Level in ModelIT gives you the option to draw Hole/Window/Door.
What is it you are trying to do?
Also note at this level you can change the mode dropdown to switch between opening or adjacency mode and this will allow different options.
