Removing wind from analysis

Hi, i am looking to do a Apachesim, using a weather file, but would like to remove all of the wind. Does anyone know if there is an option to run the simulation ignoring all of the wind? Or is there a way to remove the wind from the weather file. I am currently using a .fwt weather file and running IES 6.4.
