Are long wave radiation heat losses through windows calculated? If so, can a local shade reflect part of it back in? Can external shutters (construction database) reflect it?

I'd like to revive those questions I have. I'm trying to understand, but nothing is really clear to me.

Are long wave radiation heat losses through windows calculated?
If so, can a local shade (modeled element) reflect part of it back in?
Can external shutters (construction database) reflect it back in?
